I woke up one morning recently to find our mosquito net covered in baby praying mantis (es?).
I like the way the macro photos bring out the texture of the cotton net.

Here's a better idea of what they actually looked like (though even this is a close-up - they were tiny - the weave of the net is actually very fine and hard to see with the naked eye!)...
