I had forgotten about this crystal, until I needed to photograph it for Saturday's challenge. It was sitting neglected in a pot plant. Apparently amethysts left in full sunlight have healing properties, and a calming influence if 'soaked' in moonlight. I think I'll be moving this one somewhere it can get both sun and moon... maybe it will help with Wombat's teething ;)
